These are the general Terms and Conditions which apply to your purchase of products from sineadodessa.com, whether you buy through our website or email. By checking out with a successful purchase you agree to our Terms and Conditions.
This site www.sineadodessa.com is the property of Sinéad Odessa Kelly. The access and the use of this site, of the information, services, and products therein are regulated by the following Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) and by the security of information (SI).
Placing online orders via the website means that you accept the T&C (in the version that is valid at the time of the order) and the SI, and therefore, please read them carefully.
Sinéad Odessa reserves the right to make changes to its Terms and Conditions without notice. Any changes to the T&C will be effective for all new orders placed after the change is published on website.You should therefore review this page from time to time for updated information.
All prices are in USD and are exclusive of tax prior to check out. Once you have carted the item and enter your location at the checkout your local tax will be applied. Prices may change when discount policy applies or the exchange rate changes.
The design, texts, graphics, structure and all information on www.sineadodessa.com site are the exclusive property of the designer. Any use of any materials and information displayed on this website is forbidden and illegal without the express written permission from Sinéad Odessa.
Intellectual Property, Software and Content
The intellectual property rights in all software and content made available to you on or through this Website remains the property of Sinéad Odessa or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved by Sinéad Odessa and its licensors. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this Website nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.
You shall not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on any software or accompanying documentation supplied by Sinéad Odessa or its licensors. No license or consent is granted to you to use these marks in any way, and you agree not to use these marks or any marks which are colorable similar without the express written permission of Sinéad Odessa.

In order to be able to place an order, you have to register first. You must create an account and log in to make the purchase.
To make a purchase, simply click the “Add to Cart” button next to the desired product to place it in your Shopping Bag. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order.
When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details (receipt) of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
Once we have verified your order and payment details and have approved your order, we will email you again to inform you of this.
Some articles are not available on immediate stock. Most items are custom made to order and in this case it will take 2-6 weeks to to create them in our atelier. This can, however, extend up to three months. This time limits depends on the order you make, your place in our queue, whether it is custom and how detailed the garment is. Please keep this timeline in mind when you are placing an order or use our contact form to ask questions if you have a deadline of your own.
Please add 1-5 business days for shipping and estimate your shipping date according to this information.
Before ordering any product, please carefully check the product details on product description page and zoom the product photo to study in detail both the material composition and its details. If you need further information, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You also have the possibility to inquire and order custom and bespoke pieces online, with an e-mail to our address: email@example.com. Please keep in mind that once an agreement is made, your invoice for a down payment and all future payments will still be sent and required to be completed via Paypal. You will be contacted within 24 hours via e-mail on business days and up to 48 on holidays. You will receive an instant out of office email if there is any other reason for delays.
We made every effort to display the products in their original colors, but cannot guarantee that colors on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the color settings of your computer and monitor.
How to pay
Payment shall be made online when you place your order. Paypal is our sole current method of payment that is available. Other options may become possible in the future.
All prices are exclusive of tax prior to carting and tax is added in checkout. If order accepted, you will be informed about the time and means of delivery.
We are pleased to accept cancellations, for any reason, up to the moment your order and payment has been fully processed by the online store . After it has shipped you cannot cancel your order, but if it is pre-made or ready-to-wear item you may return it if you wish. For instructions on how to do this, please refer to our returns policy section below.
For custom pieces or made to order, you can cancel within a week of your down payment to receive a full or partial refund. If non-refundable materials have been bought, you will be responsible for that cost. Once the work has begun the transaction can no longer be canceled or refunded. You will have the opportunity to confirm whether or not we will start immediately or wait that week out.
We ship all over the United States through the USPS. International shipping is exclusively provided via express couriers.
SineadOdessa.com bears the risk of transportation.
Once your order is delivered to a shipping facility, you will be informed by email about the tracking number. The product will be ready for shipment typically 2 – 6 weeks after your order was confirmed started by email. Upon dispatch, your parcel will arrive within 5 days – 2 weeks, depending on the shipping method and the destination, unless it was agreed otherwise. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.
Using the WooCommerce tool, unless another cost is agreed upon, your shipping cost will be generated based on your location. If you order via email, the order will be processed through the USPS website and a cost estimate will be calculated depending on your postal code and the size of the package.
Track order status
As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating your tracking number. After notification of shipment, you can follow that link anytime to view and monitor the status of your shipments, by inserting the tracking number supplied.
Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
The delivery period is typically 2 weeks but can be subject to more depending on your international address and local postal service. If your country is experiencing a postal strike, we can not guarantee delivery specifics.
Ready-to-wear and pre-made products:
To return a ready-to-wear pre-made product, you have to inform us by email that you wish to return the product, within 14 business days. It is optional but preferable to indicate a reason. Your return email should state the product’s name and all your personal info needed to return the money: phone number, your delivery address, etc.
If you wish to exchange the item for another size and it is available, please state so in your email.
Refunds from returns will always be charged-back to the card which the original order was paid from.
We can only accept returns of non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, damaged or washed, with all original tags attached, packaging and other accessories received with the order and must not show any signs of use. All delivery costs will be supported by the client.
The product should reach us in 14 business days. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns at different times from one order.
Please be aware that a time frame of 30 working days can pass between the receipt of your returned merchandise and the return/refund process. Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will send you an email containing information about the respective refund. The refund time frame depends on the payment method and credit provider. Refunds are made in the same currency as the purchase. Potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.
Products purchased during our sales period or from any promotion will not be refunded or returned.
Sinéad Odessa accepts no responsibility for damages during postage or loss of packages.
Please note that we can only accept returns from the country which the shipment was sent to.
Sur-measure, made to order, custom or bespoke products:
Sur-measure or custom products cannot be exchanged or returned but they benefit of one free repair or modification. For more details check the Repair Or Modify field.
Please note that if the garment does not fit and the measurements for a custom piece were taken wrong on your end, we can not accept a return or partial refund. We are glad to help fix the garment but it will not be covered by our free modification policy, especially if it must be let out. If it is reasonably re-sizable, we will gladly do so for the cost of time. For more details, check the Repair Or Modify field.
If the garment does not fit because of an error on our end, we are glad to accept the item to be shipped back, returned and resold on our end. You can decide if you’d like a remake.
We reserve the right to accept or decline the return after checking if the items fulfill the conditions requested above.
All delivery costs for returns, repairs or modifications will be supported by the client.

Repair Or Modify
Sur-measure products have one free repair or modification. If you are interested to repair or modify a sur-measure Sinéad Odessa product you must inform us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Before returning the item for alteration, you should await our written email, to see if the alteration is possible or not. One modification includes one request for things like zipper replacement, taking it in a single area, shortening the hem, etc.
We reserve the right to decline the free modification if the garment needs to be let out beyond seam allowance. Letting out a garment may not be possible or require changing the design by adding an additional panel. The client will be responsible to pay any additional cost of supplies and time in this case.
For different repairs or modifications, you can send the product back and we will try to fix it. One modification is free of charge; the additional ones will be paid by you. The fee to be paid will be determined based on the alteration and materials. This fee will be determined, quoted to your email, and charged via an invoice to said inbox.
The shipment taxes will also be incurred by you.
Please send us the product in a secured package, with the invoice, receipt and all the tags, so we can be assured it was bought through our online services.
The relevant currency is determined by your destination and your currency, but invoices and refunds will be done in USD. Invoices and refunds from the United States will be done in USD.
All of our orders are currently processed through the secure method of PayPal. Refunds from returns will always be charged-back through that PayPal account to the card or method they were paid with.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your login details, password and all other details in relation to your account remain confidential at all times. You agree to let us know as soon as possible if you know or reasonably suspect that the security of your account is at risk.
The company will retain the personal data and will use them only to notify of our current offers by newsletters and may send special promotions.
