We hope this section answers most of your questions but if you have any others, please use the form to the side to send it our way and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Who makes the garments?
Every garment is hand made by the designer herself, Sinéad. This is why they cost a little more, we do not have an in house team or manufacturer. 
I've placed an order! When can I expect it by?
Thank you! If you’ve ordered a pre-made item, it will ship out within 2-5 business days and you can expect a tracking number via email. If you’ve ordered a custom piece, it will take at least 2 weeks or more to be created and shipped out after confirming your design and measurements (this is not your website order date). This timeline is subject to change depending on your place in the queue and the complexity or number of items in your order. Please refer to our contract and agreed upon delivery for the completion timeline. 
Can I cancel my order?
We’re sorry to hear that you’ve changed your mind but we understand things come up! We do accept cancellations, for any reason, up to the moment your order and payment has been fully processed. The policy is different for pre-made and custom pieces, though.
For pre-made: once your item has shipped, we can not cancel your order but you may return it if you wish. The return shipping charges will be your responsibility at this point. 
For custom pieces: you can cancel within a week of of transaction completion to receive a full or partial refund of your down-payment. Should you ask your garment be cut and started immediately, once the work has begun the transaction can no longer be canceled or refunded.
Please note: should you purchase a consultation window and place in the queue, this fee can not be refunded. 
What is your return policy?
Pre-made products can be returned within 14 business days with some exclusions. If your garment was bought during a sale, all sale pieces are final sale. We only accept items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, damaged or washed, with all original tags attached, packaging and other accessories received with the order and must not show any signs of use. Should your garment meet this requirement we can begin the return process. Please send us an email at hello@sineadodessa.com. Your return email should state the product’s name and all your personal info needed to return the money: phone number, your delivery address, etc.
Custom products can not be returned. Please note that if the garment does not fit and the measurements for a custom piece were taken wrong on your end, we can not accept a return or partial refund. We are glad to help fix the garment but it will not be covered. If it is reasonably re-sizable, we will gladly do so for the cost of time. If the garment does not fit because of an error on our end, however, we are glad to accept the item to be shipped back, returned and resold as a pre-made item and remake yours.
In the case of any other faulty issues, please email us for a solution. We accept no responsibility for damages during postage or loss of packages.
We reserve the right to accept or decline the return after checking if the items fulfill the conditions requested above.
Do you have a warranty or repair policy?
We do offer one free repair or modification on our custom made products. One modification is free of charge, the additional ones will be paid by the client. The fee to be paid is determined based on the alteration and materials and a quote will be sent to your inbox via an invoice.  One modification includes one request for things like zipper replacement, taking it in a single area, shortening the hem, etc.  
We reserve the right to decline the free modification if the garment needs to be let out beyond seam allowance. Letting out a garment may not be possible or require changing the design by adding an additional panel. The client will be responsible to pay any additional cost of supplies and time in this case.
While the modification is free, the shipment taxes will be incurred by you. Please send us the product in a secured package, with the invoice and reciept so we can be assured it was bought through our online services.
How do custom and commission items work?
You can be placed in the queue via purchasing our consultation and queue spot holder from the shop. Once you’ve done this, I will e-mail you to consult on a design and get your measurements, discuss our deadline and talk budget. With our custom items, please bear in mind our minimums. Custom pieces take more time because of their personal nature. They are made one-of-a-kind to your specifications so they will cost more than a pre-made item. Once you are sure you are committed to the design, you will receive an invoice for a downpayment (50% of the final cost). Once the garment is started, this downpayment is not refundable and the garment must be paid in full before it is delivered. The cost of the garment is subject to change based on materials and time it takes to commit, the client is responsible for the cost of material and time.
What sizes do you work with?
We accept any and all sizes in our custom creations! If you have a pre-made item in mind, we are happy to attempt a remake. 
 
What payment methods do you accept?
All of our orders are currently processed through the secure method of PayPal. Refunds from returns will always be charged-back through that PayPal account to the card or method they were paid with.
 
What is your privacy policy?
The company will retain the personal data and will use them only to notify of our current offers by newsletters and may send special promotions. Your personal information will never be sold or given out.
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of our sineadodessa.com website which includes those who register online. It is your responsibility to ensure that your login details, password and all other details in relation to your account remain confidential at all times. Please let us know as soon as possible if you know or reasonably suspect that the security of your account is at risk.
